hoy tenemos otra gran voz femenina entre el blues y el soul.

Más  sorprendente resulta
que esa voz sea la de una chica que tan solo tenía 19 años cuando grabó este disco,
el primero de su carrera,
lo que inmediatamente dio lugar a las comparaciones con KoKo Taylor o Etta James,
y la verdad es que no van muy descaminadas.
